Hi, I am Amber Hunter, LMT, CLT, esthetician and founder of Nourish & Knead.

As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I take the time to understand your goals. I create a comprehensive plan to help you feel better. The mind-body connection plays an important role in my work. I create layers of therapeutic bodywork, addressing the nervous system, inflammation, mobility and fascia work. My nursing experience gives me a deeper understanding of our bodies. My goal is to help you feel better long term.

  • We will review your intake form, discuss your goals, and customize the session to your body.

  • I do several different modalities, such as Thai, cupping, lymphatic, Swedish, medical and deep. Facials, I specialize in acne, lympatic drainage, dermaplaning, nano-needling, hydrodermabrasion, and holistic facials.

  • 60-90 minutes. If you want a 90 minute, simply add it on to your 60 min service.
